The Right Of The Human Being
It is the birthright of every human being to be happy. This is not a right granted by a creator, but a right inherited from the beginning less time of the Universe. It is the most important pursuit of all human beings. Happiness, it is the purpose behind and the first cause of all human action. All action ideally ends in happiness, right?
But no, we can’t always be happy. Things happen, dependent origination occurs. Some events are good, some bad and we suffer based on our desire and the fundimental Igurents of creation. Thus, the struggle continues, the good and the bad continue and finding happiness becomes a cycle of life. We call this the pursuit of happiness.
We all have different ideas of what happiness means. In the United States, the people have a fundiment understand of happiness. Our Founding Fathers created, through a form of government that promotes a way to prosue this idea known as "The American Dream". But what it really means is the right and responsibility to prosue our desires. It is the lynchpin of our pursuit of happiness. But this dream is not possible without a Constitution that .
The path to happiness is a responsibility shared by the people and their elected government, a government that must deeply understand the needs of all, rooted in the origins and experiences of the people. This is paramount. It is a duty bestowed upon all people and their governments throughout the Universe.
It is the responsibility of each human being to help build a government that creates and protects our rights to prosue happiness. A person should not, knowingly or unknowingly, place the burden of their own happiness on the back of another. We call this personal responsibility, a cornerstone of all successful governments.
Likewise, no government should place the burden of a person not under its care onto those who are. This fundamental truth drives the creation of constitutional governments wherever human beings exist.
